Junior commodity broker

Agrioil is an international brokerage firm in vegetable oils and fats. We help organizations find the right counterparty to trade. We assist during the negotiation process, help construct a commodity contract and support in the execution of these contracts. Job description

In this position you will learn the ins and outs of the international commodity markets. You will learn how commodity contracts work, why markets fluctuate and how to facilitate trade in an organized and transparant way. Important tasks for this position will be:

• Executing transactions in the global oils and fats market (sunflower-, soy-, rapeseed oil, biodiesel, UCO etc.)
• Manage international clientele
• Monitoring market data
• Contribute to business development
• Assisting with the documentation of trade transactions, such as contracts and trade-related communication
• Improve and automate existing models

• Strong analytical and methodical skills, eye for detail, concise and clear style of communication
• You are a pro-active team player, curious and are not afraid to explore new paths
• You are results driven
• Commercially minded
• Fluent in Dutch and English
